We understand that your first visit to the dentist can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility.
Our staff has taken the steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.
We know you’re busy, and we want you to know we value your time. Traditionally, patients are asked to arrive to their first appointments about 15 minutes early so they can complete new patient paperwork.
We make things simple for you by providing all new patients forms online. You may submit these to us directly without the need for a printer.
When we schedule your appointment, we are setting aside time just for you so Dr. Word and our staff can provide the services you need to maintain your oral health. If for some reason you cannot make it to your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule you and make your spot available to another patient. We appreciate your consideration.
We want to make dental care attainable by as many people as possible. Our office accepts the following forms of payment: cash, checks and credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, a health care financing option that offers interest-free options to qualified applicants.
Although our dental practice is not in every dental insurance network, we accept and will file out for all insurance. Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits.
